Hi ! I would installing DSL on an old laptop (an acer 312T) that have a pcmcia not bootable cdrom drive.I can boot with floppy and the original acer floppy can give me dos with cd-rom support. Now is it a way to install DSL ? Thank's for your help guy's ! Posted by Guest on Jan. 23 2006,04:33
So you can use your cd rom drive to tranfer files to that computer?If so try this < http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/wiki/index.php/Loadlin_Install > If your display is not workin with default options.txt change vga=normal to vga=788 works for me. Or you can use dsl bootdisk, maybe. |
