Ok, I installed DSL on an IBM ThinkPad 600E on the HD. It works fine and I have some dsl packs installed from a USB drive.

I have two wireless cards, a Prism Orionco Gold card (Agere Systems 0111-PC) and a D-Link DWL-650 RevP.

I have tried EVERYTHING, and can not get either driver to work, much less compiled.

gcc works, but 'cc' DOES NOT!? (tried compiling pcimca-cs and linux-wlan... also the agere drivers from their site)

im desperate, i spent 8hrs trying to get it to work... =/
