hi
i tried xsetup.sh as suggested but then the USB mouse still doesnt work!
moreover i got those errors when boot up as well:

pcilib: cannot open /sys/bus/pci/devices

FATAL: Module hid not found
FATAL: Module mousedev not found

Just to remind again that all these errors are occured after i recompile my kernel!
Really appriciate for your help!
thank you.

Maybe your kernel is ed up and ready to die, so recompile it again and try to enable usb stuff and scsi stuff, maybe it will work after that.

After recompile the kernel again as suggested the problem is still there and i also notice that my USB mouse is detected as:

Mouse is A4tech at dev/psaux but not /dev/input/mice as before..
how to make /dev/input/mice to be loaded 1st please?

thanx
