I am unable to run and/or install DSL to my computer.  The CD boots to the opening screen which allows various boot options.  No matter what I try, as soon as I hit enter, I get two messages - loading the kernel, and loading minirt24,and the computer then goes to a black screen showing the penquin icon top left with an "unblinking" prompt below it.  I am using the latest version - dsl-2.4rca.iso.
My computer has a ASUS P5V800-MX motherboard, 2.8Ghz processor (LGA775 socket), 1024Mb RAM, on-board video and sound currently running WinXP, and it will run "dsl-embedded" from within windows.
I an older computer with a GA-6VTXE m/b, and a socket 370 processor running at 1.2Ghz, on which I can do a HD install and run DSL without any problems.
Any thoughts anyone?
