Hi
im running DSL2.2b, my DSL is installed on HDA12 and here is what i did until the error occur as:

"Kernel Panic - Not syncing: Attempted to kill init!"

i did:
mount /dev/hda12 /mnt/dsl/
no | cp -irvu /lib/* /mnt/dsl/lib/

I know cp /lib from another distro to DSL's /lib is dangerous thing to do but i did use "no" option so it wont overwrite the existing files...
Please show me how to fix the problem ?
or at least get back to my last working stage?
