Hi I want to install DSL on a machine without CD it has installed Windows 2000 on it and use PPPoE connection to internet i want to install DSL but to leave Windows as a primery OS.  Can someone help me I'm new in linux and don't know almost anything.

This is theoretical at this point as I am having some problems with this.  You could do a LAN boot if you have more than one box to work with. (http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/f/topic-3-26-15960-0.html)

Other, probably easier:  use another computer to boot DSL on its CDROM , make a USB fob (http://www.damnsmalllinux.org/usb.html) drive and boot your computer with that, assuming that your bios supports booting from a USB drive.
