ntpd time service?

I scanned the boards here and looked through the "official" available packages, but I can't find an NTP server like ntpd. I am running DSL on an old laptop as a DHCP server on a small network. I'd like to also have it broadcast NTP packets--so ntpdate isn't enough. Anybody have an idea?
