I remember seeing this background in a old version of 3.x
What fluxbox theme is this in dsl?

The background is probably in the DSL classic background pack in Themes.
Not sure about that theme though.

It is the fractal movements background. I don't remember the style, but I remember seeing it first appear in DSL 1.5
