Hi!

I have got a so called "book size PC" with 64MB "disk on chip". In M$ Dos and Windows it pretends as c: drive.
I can copy... format it (fat16). The problem is no Linux can detect it, looks like PC without HDD (for Linux). I've tried Mandrake, RedHat 9.0 and 7.3, DSL. What else could I try?
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Format it like a boot floppy,
fat 16
Drvspace.bin
io.sys
Msdos.sys
are the only files other than the KNOPPIX dir, and maybe loadlin

or < http://www.bootdisk.com/nero.htm >

I used some stuff from www.m-systems.com forDiskOnChip.
(DFORMAT, DUPDATE ...), but it doesn't really worked. :(
It looks I updated the firmware with wrong version and killed the device ...
