Ok I did a HD Install to /dev/hda1 and it runs beautifully. I also have a /dev/hda2 ext partition and altough I can mount using the /opt/bootlocal.sh script I get a few errors at startup I'd like an explanation for:
Here's my console boot output
Code Sample

Scanning for Harddisk partitions and creating /etc/fstab ... Done.
Network device eth) [blah]
Automounter started for: floppy cdrom.
cloop: Initializing cloop v2.01
INIT: Entering runlevel : 5
mount: can't find /mnt/hda2
/mnt/hda2 in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab
unmount: /mnt/hda2
/mnt/hda2: not found
mount: no medium found
unmount: /cdrom: not mounted
Starting Pictureframe

Ok the starting picture frame is where my script to starte feh in slideshow mode is. My concern is the issues with /mnt/hda2

It doesn't appear /etc/fstab is being remade because after I'm logged in and I edit /etc/fstab it's still got my comment line it it.

What could be the reason /mnt/hda2 isn't found?
