I need kernel-headers for 2.4.26 i686 to compile a driver for my Lucent modem.
Apt-get tells me, "E: Package kernel-headers has no installation candidate"
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Have you tried using knoppix 3.4 (you will have to search the forums for the right version, but I think it was the first release) to compile these things?

Thanks for the Knoppix suggestion but 700MB is just too rich for my dialup connection.

On < http://packages.debian.org/testing/devel/kernel-headers-2.4.26-1, >
I did find [kernel-image-2.4.26-alpha_2.4.26-6.tar.gz].  Would that be the right one for DSL 0.9.0.1?
Thanks
