Yes, after installing in a 2 Gb HD (200 Mb swap, rest for linux) and after using mkliloboot, when restarting, it throws me something like...

L 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99 99_

And remains there. Any suggestions? :(

OK, got rid of that. figured out how to fix the mbr on the Windows ME hard drive.
I'd done an install and tried LiLo, then tried a re-install but it would drop out after selecting the drive I wanted to install to. Once I figured out how to clean the MBR I booted the live cd of 2.0-RC1 and installed the loader in grub and cleaned everything that had to do with a Linux system off hda(I've also been trying Puppy on this old beast) and the install went fine. I was asked if I had Windows on hda and replied "y" and it looked like the grub install went fine. It goes directly to the windows boot-up though.
I'll try a re-install but in the meantime, any clues?
