Does anyone know if Lilo in DSL 1.0.0 has any problems with the old 1023 cylinder limit? I am having a lot of trouble getting another Linux distro to boot from Lilo. The partition of the other distro is located at about 5-6 GB of a 6 GB hard drive. DSL is at about 4-5 GB of the drive and I installed Lilo to the MBR when I installed DSL to the hard drive. Win98 occupies 0-4 GB of the drive.

Thanks for any advice, jimbo62

I once put a 80 GB disk in two old boxes and installed DSL at the very end of the disk, and I seem to remember that in one of the boxes I had to replace "lba32" with "normal" in /etc/lilo.conf. This was some time ago, so I may be mistaken.
