I'm new to linux, so this might be a stupid question, but am I have to download all those files ?

Naw, you should be good if you go to

< ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/Linux/distributions/damnsmall/current/ >

and grab the file called current.iso

It is the current version of the DSL ISO. Good luck.
