Which the minimum specification of the hardware to install DSL in the HD? MDRAM, Hard Drive installation space  with X- environment?

In my opinion:

486DX or newer CPU
16MB of RAM
80MB Hard Drive (Frugal install + swap)
250MB Hard Drive (for a full hd install + swap)
Graphics card that is capable of a 640x480 16colors min, 256colors preferred

Yes.

But your video card must have support for the VESA2.0 standards or work with the framebuffer driver.

Most video cards made since 1995 support VESA2.0

However, even if the card does not support VESA it may be possible to get graphics working by installing the XFree86.dsl extension and choosing the video driver for your card
