i am upgrading my lil'cute laptop from 16mb to 48mb, my current swap file is 64mb should delete the partitions and reinstall from stratch giving myself 96mb swap file space? just want peoples opinons really :)


i am only using it has a house webserver with only 1GB hd, so i do need the need the hd space for sharing southpark episodes

48MB real RAM + 64MB of virtual RAM should be good enough for casual use of DSL.

If you want to make the effort and you have the available disk space, I would recommend a 128MB swap file or swap partition just in case you push things past the previous limit.
