I'm having problems getting my serial mouse to work with DSL.

I've tried running xsetup, it didn't do anything. My mouse still doesn't work.

When I was running Debian, I had the same problem, but I fixed it by editing XF86Config-4(or something like that), and changing the mouse's protocol from Logitech to Microsoft. However, afaik there isnt a XF86Config-4 file in DSL.

And I know my mouse works, because my computer's bios uses the mouse, and it works there.

Any help much appreciated  :)

The DSL tinyX Kdrive xservers should autodetect your mouse protocol.

If it does not work, your alternative is to install the xfree86.dsl extension and use the full blown xfree86 for your x server program.
