Hallo,

I finally copied my DSL to my HD (3 Partitions (all FAT), System (90MB), Data (200MB), Swap (15MB)).
The DSL-Files are onthe c: drive which is the System partition an in the exact same order like on the cd.

I've tried syslinux, tomsbttr,.... but I just can't boot the Linux Kernel!!!

I've got no cd-drive just a floppy but a parallel  and/or a pcmcia network!

Just don't know what to do now!!!
Please Help me!
Thx:)!

Have a look at the postings under
Damn Small Linux user Board » Damn Small Linux » HD Install » i have no floopy,no cdrom, only hd,can i?

Hopefully you will get the idea :)
As long as there is a knoppix directory and you make a boot disk you should get it to run.
Tomsrtbt will allow you to use dd to make the boot disk.
