Ok computer specs are as follows.

Pentim 200Mhz

32MB Ram

3 gig hard drive

old ati video card

48X max CD-ROM

when I try to boot i gt a line saying ISOLINUX .04 (Dbian, 2003-06-06) isolinux; Loaing spc packet failed, trying to wing it...
isoinux: found something at drive = 9

It will sit at this screen for a few minutes, then reboots and does the same thing over and over again.  Any suggestions on a fix would be appreciated.

I would either try the syslinux version of DSL, or instead just create a DSL boot floppy disk and try booting from your existing DSL livecd + boot floppy disk.
