The resolution at boot (even the terminal) is 1024 x 768, but my laptop can only reach 800 x 600. I think there is a place in lilo where I can place a parameter after vga=xxx. Where can I find what value I have to place after vga=?

Thanks. :)

Older laptops usually run well by booting with fb800x600 and that boot time option translates to vga=788

Thanks for the tips. I used "vga=0x314" from < http://damnsmalllinux.org/cgi-bin....11;t=1; > and I can now see the bottom of my terminal screen. :)
