WEll i need some help

i booted up DSL without a hitch and got it running and all that but i want to do a full HD install

I have a bash window open (i have to computers and am typing on my windows one)

but i need to know how to use cfdisk, as when i type in the thing to get it started it gives me some information.

ANd please do not post me to the hard drive install link on the wiki, i've already looked
