Hello friends,

I got a problem with the installation of DSL on my HD. My old pentium doesn't have a bootable CD-reader. So I needed the bootable diskette.
When I start the diskette, and it want's to reach the kernel my pc just chrashes. With the following failure:
Code Sample
/linuxrc: cannot create /: is a directory

and I think it even never started to read my CD
Anyone who has some advise?

Thanks, and btw I know my English isn't very good (Normally it's Dutch for me  )

Are you shure you have the right floppy image in use? Please name the files your are talking about.
