Do the following:

Boot into Windows or DOS.
Insert the CD into the drive.
Copy the contents of the D:\KNOPPIX\  folder to C:\KNOPPIX\  (where "D:" is your CDROM drive letter).

Download a copy of RAWRITEWIN from here:
Save the file to your C:\KNOPPIX\ directory.
UnZip the contents of the file into the same directory.

Insert a blank floppy disk into the floppy disk drive.
Open Windows Explorer and go to the C:\KNOPPIX directory.
Double-click on the rawrite32.exe file.
Click on the "Write" tab on the Rawwrite screen.
Type in
C:\KNOPPIX\boot.img
in the "Image File" data entry box.
Make sure that the floppy drive is set properly (IE: "A:" drive).
Click on the "Write" button.
Click on the "Exit" button when the writing is completed.

Shut down your computer. Leave the floppy in the disk drive.

Start up the computer.  It should boot up using the newly create "Boot Floppy". It will then find the knoppix "CD" on your hard disk and you should be in business.

Good Luck.
