When I try to download ALSA through the extensions tool I get a Download or Checksum error. Who should I notify to check o the repositories?

Am able to download both alsadebs.dsl and alsa.dsl without any issues. Are you sure you have enough disk space? Perhaps try another mirror? Or are you attempting to download something different?

I tried many times now..same result. Could it be becaus eim trying on a HD install?

It's probably a network connection problem.
