I downloaded and installed real 10.0.  When I run the player, I get a note saying " error while loading shared libraries:
libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0 :  cannot open shared object file :  no such file or directory."  Any suggestions?  thanks in advance.

I had the same problem, you have to repeat the installation of
realplayer, at the end the program tells which lib.files are missing.
One is gtk 2.0, you can get from DSL. The other programs are
Atk 1.0 and Pango1.0
I can say you, realplayer runs fine within DSL.

Hi,
Just playin around with an old Pentium 200Mhz MMX technology and I wanted to listen to BBC world service:

I was just listening to BBC world service now on DSL 10.1, HD installed.
I first installed RealPlayer in a directory /home/dsl/RealPlayer and after that I made the GTK2 lib runnin' (download en install). Than I went to /home/dsl/RealPlayer and  ran realplay, next thing was the setup window of realplayer and than I went in Firefox to BBC again.

And that was it for now; just listening.

Have to find out how to save these settings, it's been some time now since I had some time to play with DSL.
