Do anyone know a good dj mixinng software for dsl or just for linux, im looking for something like BPM or Traktor DJ, wich are capable of mixing mp3, bpm match, preview of files in another Sound device or in the case of a 3d capable card in the rear sound connector, recording and live bradcasting over internet or net. I need something stable than wont crash during a party or broadcast. Also if anyone know a good multi track sound editor like cool edit, nuendo or pro tools. Thanks for all Ramiro85 Posted by mikshaw on Oct. 12 2005,15:44
You might find something here:< http://linux-sound.org/ > For a multitrack editor, try the Audacity extension: < http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/damnsmall/mydsl/uci/ > The next version of the extension will allow adding plugins, but this one is read-only for now. If you need to add plugins now, you could use the tar.gz version in the multimedia section of the repository. You'll need to add libmp3lame.so to your system if you want to work with mp3s in Audacity. Posted by AwPhuch on Oct. 12 2005,17:27
So what version are you using now that is crashing?? Or is this just a pre-emptive strike to prevent unseen problems? Brian AwPhuch Posted by Ramiro85 on Oct. 12 2005,22:24
