I've gotten three of the four wireless cards in my posession to work within DSL.  The system will stay up indefinitely if I'm just playing audio off of the drive, but if I stream any audio off of the internet, the machine will reliably crash within four minutes of boot as long as the network card is installed.

This happens whether or not the streaming music is coming over the wireless card.

The screen just locks and networking becomes unresponsive.  If I'm playing any sound, the last half-second of noise will loop endlessly.

If I remove the wireless card (or USB device), the box will stream without problems.

sounds like possible resource conflict, might want to try designating a particular IRQ for sound card, modem, etc... in the bios, and if they already have designated IRQ's you may want to change those values and see if that helps.

I'm just a noob so thats my best stab in the dark.
