Where do I start to set a StaticIP?

And to start a VNC server?

I need to manage an old computer
without screen and input-devices.

For VNC you have to install the vnc4x extension in MyDSL.

Actually for both of your questions is something in the last link.
2.6 for the static ip and 2.7 for vnc.
