Hi,

after attempting to change the MAC address of my wirelles card on the DSL installed on the laptop, at next boot I got some erro saying tha:

"dev/cloop25 : No such file or directory. Please mount the additional directory"

And after multiple reboots, I now got to

cloop601.

And this happens at each boot and at each shut down after sending the kill signal.

Any help on how to fix this will be greatlley appreciated.

What version of DSL?
Sounds like an old bug.

Playing twenty questions...
What type of install?

After re-reading your post, I see you mention the kill signal.
You need to have a normal power down in order for the powerdown script to run. Sounds like this script is not running which would free up your cloop table. Which also would indicate that this is a traditional hard drive install?
