Hi,
I have a problem with DSL 2.3 (frugal installed).

I am at home with a wireless network, a firewall router and a wep key. My adaptor is a Netgear MA401 RA Wlan and works out of the box with DSL.

I was typing a message in the forum and the network broke down, I don't know why. I closed all my apps. I was on my machine since 5:11 hours. I saw the CPU being at 100%, even if I don't have any apps opened (25 processes, 32 MB Ram used).

I decided to shutdown the computer. I then got the following message from the top to the bottom of the screen, appearing faster and faster:

eth0: Error -110 writing Tx descriptor to BAP

I took my adaptor out of the pcmcia bus. It stopped. I reboot. Everything is fine.

If you some of you have an idea of the problem, I thank you warmly in advance. It is the second time that I have the problem with this version of DSL today.

... results out of the net:

it seems to be a problem with the chip of the card and/or the irq assigned to the card. I haven't found any fix since now.

People say just get the card out and in in the bus again and restart the network. Any other ideas?
