Hi!
First of all i`d like to say THANX SO MUCH for this nice distro. This project is something awesome. A have an old p2-266 without keyb/monitor/mouse and this comp controls all network in my office. I think that it doesn`t need to mention that it runs DSL. I installed DHCPD, VNC, second network card and all my office comps has now an internet access.
I have 2 internet connection in my office (2 DSL-modem). After spending some time in googling i found that i can join it in one chanel. This is not a very hard procedure, all that i need is iptables with patch-o-matic. When i downloaded and install iptables.dsl i found that one needed module is missing - ROUTE. I deside to download sources of iptables and patch-o-matic. BUT! When it seems to be almost done situation gives me unexspected surprise - for installing patches from patch-o-matic i need perl, but for some reason preinstalled in DSL perl refuse to work with .runme script.
So now i have 2 ways:
1) try to fix the perl
2) Peaple! Please-plaese-please can You be so kind to add ROUTE module from patch-o-matic in Your iptables.dsl?
Just think about what a nice peace of software will all of us have after this! I think that many people have more than one i-net chanel and posibility to joining them in to one fast chanel is amaizing. i think that it wouldn`t be very hard for You to add this module cause You already patched Your version of iptables (i found nth, random adn other patch-o-matic modules in /lib/iptables).
Thanx one more time for DSL,
waiting for Your answer,
Joshoa
