I am running a frugal install of dsl, have a linksys card wpc54g v1.2 that I can't get to work with dsl.  I am using ndiswrapper as is recomended with this card.

It runs fine with 98se(my laptop is dual boot)and, it will work fine running dsl-n off the live cd, using ndiswrapper and the recomended driver.

I need to know what version of ndiswrapper is packaged with dsl-n, is it a newer version than dsl?

If so, how can I upgrade ndiswrapper on my frugal install of dsl?

I have searched extensively for the answer to this problem and tried every suggestion I could find.  This is the only problem I have to fix to get dsl running perfectly on my laptop.

See my reply to " wireless card to load on boot? ".

Try using from the DSLpanel's ndiswrapper, since it sets up wlan0 for you too. Hope this helps!
