Hi,

I'm somewhat of a linux newbie and I've got a problem with my usr5410 wlan card under my HD-install of DSL. It won't start up automatically. The led doesn't light up. I can get it started by using the ndiwrapper setup, but the next session after that I have to deinstall the ndiswrapper driver, and use the ndiswrapper setup again. Network config works fine, and when it's switched on, it all works perfectly. Can anyone give me the linux commands to start this card automatically? I've read a lot about cardmgr but I'm not sure about what to do.

Thanx

What kind of DSL installation are you running on?

If you are using the gui flua tools (ie DSLPanel) then a config script should be saved as /opt/myndis.sh

I'm using dsl 3.3 HDD install. What would such a script look like? I know very little about UNIX/LINUX commands. Schouldn't the config in /etc/pcmcia/config be altered? Is there any way I can see the specific commands used by the "ndiswrapper setup"?
