Hi,

I have a simple question: can I use DSL to connect to a wifi network secured with WPA and using DHCP?

If yes, which wifi adapter (USB or PCI) works best with DSL?

Many thanks,

VS

PS: Its for an old computer (Celeron 500MHz, 256MB RAM)

Yes, you can..

See the wiki for cards that work "out of the box", they work best.

Just don't choose one that requires Windows drivers (ie ndiswrapper), they have trouble with wpa.

I was able to use WPA and DHCP  and have posted details about success with a Linksys WPC11 ver4 using ndiswrapper NET8180.INF

But with most all wireless YMMV
