I have a laptop with a US Robotics XJ 5560 pcmcia card modem that I am trying to get to work with dsl. I have seen several references that indicate that this modem does work with Linux. Try all available serial ports... like /dev/ttyS0 IE: ttyS0 ttyS1 ttyS2 ttyS3 ttyS4 ttyS5 ttyS6 ttyS7 |
