I would like to setup a dial in server (similar to windows RAS server) on DSL distro so that I can use DSL to accept PPP call and route me to internal network.

Suggestions on where to start would be appreciated.

hmmmmmmm, you might find a debian package for a program that does that, i'll go have a look.
