I am having some mighty issues with a HD install of the latest DSL to recognize my Linksys WPC11 v4 wireless card.  Here are the symptoms.

1:  On boot the card is not recognized
2:  When I enter a command line and type in "iwconfig wlan0 essid *" it says that there is no such device
3:  When I type it in again, it finds the device
4:  I then have to go through and manually enter all the information (essid, key restricted)
5:  I then have to go through the ndiswrapper tool to get the card to actually work.

That is the only way I can get the card to work, and I really need the card to be recognized and configured on boot.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

Well, I have been going off that thread.  However, it's still not helping one little bit.   I've been working on this for a couple days now.  I can do everything in a simple bash script that loads on boot.  But the o/s needs to recognize the card first...   Which is being a pain in the arse...
