Like many others, I've had problems getting the WPC54G card to work on my laptop with ndiswrapper (but my problem is different)...
The laptop doesn't even recognize the card.

ndiswrappper -l prints:
lsbcmnds hardware NOT present, whether the card is inserted or not.

cardctl ident:
no product info available
manfid: 0x5900, 0x8069

cardctl status:
3.3V CardBus card
function 0: [ready]

...so yeah. What do I do?

Have you tried using the lstinds.inf file instead when installing in ndiswrapper?
I have always got that message with my v.2 when using lsbcmds.inf
I have to use lstinds.inf for the working response

The problem is it crashes DSL as soon as it connects to my AP using ndiswrapper. house of craig has some TI acx100/111 chipset drivers that I haven't compiled yet.
