This is most likely a dumb question, but I haven't been able to find the answer anywhere.

Does DSL come with a firewall and how do you set it up?.

I dont believe that it comes with a firewall. I use the rcfirewall.dsl from < http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/damnsmall/mydsl/net/ >
Just run it and it will do the rest.
