Hi all,

First off, thanks to all involved for this great product!

I have a question though... I'm thinking of using DSL, perhaps in conjunction with the PXE bootable DSL < here > to drive a cluster of diskless nodes for some parallel processing operations.  What I want to do vis DSL is :

1) Automatically mount an NFS filesystem on the client node
2) Automatically execute a shell script on that mounted filesystem

As they won't have any local persistent storage I can't "backup" to USB, or hard disk and I don't want any "human" involvement if at all possible as they won't have screens, and I just want to power up the nodes and let them get on with it all themselves!

Ideally i'd like to do this via the PXE bootable format, but this may come later.  So for now, is it possible to re-master a DSL with the above configuration "built in" for my own use so I could perhaps boot off of CD-ROM to begin with and work on PXE later / separately?  Currently the nodes do have CD-ROMs but I want to remove them if at all possible.

Many thanks,
Steve
