xmodmap+toshiba no arrow keys

Hi
I have Toshiba Portege 300CT and DSL on HDD.
Loading /usr/share/keymaps/i386/qwerty/pl.map
Login and polish fonts dont work ( iso-8859-2 with AltGr+e= eogonek etc).
After use xkeycaps keyboard for Toshiba Tecra 500CDT (US) and modificatiion for AltGr dont work Arrow keys and key Home working like Pause.
