I have a really old CTX EzBook (200MHz Pentium w/MMX, 1.4 gig HDD, 16 megs RAM), that I *think* that I installed DSL onto. However, once it completed and told me to remove the CD and reboot, it rebooted and gave me the message "Missing Operating System". What's going on here? I wiped the drive clean of all partitions before installing. Also, what should I install it to (hda0, hda1, hda2)? My other worry was this; Will it even run on such a limited system? Thanks for all your help.

Check that you have set the bootable flag on the partition
you have installed to. Also make sure you have installed
a bootloader.

1) Have you partitioned the hd yourself? (Did you pack the bags yourself? :;): )
2) Do the words Lilo and/or Grub sound familiar from the installation process?
