at-sign (@) not working in FirefoxForum: Laptops Topic: at-sign (@) not working in Firefox started by: jmpetit Posted by jmpetit on June 19 2006,13:07
Hi there,I just install DSL 2.4 on an old Unika laptop with French keyboard. I have fr-latin1 keymap loaded at boot time. In the terminal, the keys work fine, and in particular, I can get the at-sign (@) by pressing <Alt Gr>. Bu t this doesn't work in Firefox. I even tried to copy and paste the character from the terminal to Firefox, to no avail. What's up ? Is that a bug in Firefox, or a special feature ? Couldn't use Dillo as the web site would not display correctly. Thanks for your help, Jean-Marc Petit Posted by ZoOp on June 19 2006,14:47
