I have two laptops, one is pretty old running DSL the other newer running Fedora core 2. The DSL laptop won't recognize a 2 port USB PC Card (needed because I don't have any USB ports on that laptop, an old libretto 50c). I can use the Fedora laptop to get any module/driver info I need to figure out what needs to get loaded because it works fine over there. I'm hoping I can get some help in figuring it out. Having poked around at this a little more I have a feeling I need to load ohci_hcd, but I'm not really sure how I'm going to do that.

Try using modprobe ohci_hcd I guess. Not sure if that even comes with DSL.
