hi i'm new here i have this problem i'm using a Samsung Sens Pro500 Laptop that was givin to me and everytime i run dsl i get the lowes graphic resolution altho i set it to 800x600 and 32 bit i donno what to put in dpi somone help confused here thanx

I cant find that model on samsungs website...is that the correct model you are reporting...

Give us a URL or hardware specs....I am trying to find out if perhaps its not loading the proper video drivers

Run Xvesa -listmodes to see which resolutions Xvesa supports on your laptop. It may be that is doesn't support more than 640x480.

or try framebuffer mode.

yea that is the right model sens pro500  i also cant find a website for it i'll try xvesa

i tryed 640x480  and 16 bit but still get same graphics dose dpi have anythign to do with it ? cause i didnt put anything there also when i got to video modes i get

what do i choose ?  and how do i do frame buffering sorry i'm more into hardware n mods then software :D
