ok every thing load up excpet the sound card when i modprobe Cs4232 io=0x534 irq=5 dma=1 dma2=0 mpui=0x330 mpuirq=9 it load the card so i can play music but i wort in the opt/boot like this # modprobe cs4232 and still dont pic up the sound so have to maual modprobe make it work what can i do to make this work,i really like dsl 2.0 its great need sound now any help or way to wirt it to pick up the cs4232 card

here is my /opt/bootlocal.sh

rmmod soundcore
rmmod cs4232
modprobe sound
insmod ad1848
insmod uart401
insmod cs4232 io=0x534 irq=5 dma=1 dma2=0 mpuio=0x330 mpuirq=5

edit that file to look like this one
should work fine
works on my 380ed
must be the 10th time ive replied with this:p

Thanks you very much that did the tick work well now,i been looking in this seach thing and was gone baty looking with my eyes ,i used few diffrent linux os and dsl is great very fast and lite on my sys ,thanks again K9wjk
