Well -- first i think you have to Run "dpkg-restore"after that do "apt-get update" then install apt-get install perl5.6" that should take care of perl Posted by msalas on Jan. 26 2004,21:30

Hi everyone,Well after two days searching for any answer in this forium i decided to post it anyway. Here is the closest forum found. My problem is the same as described above. I was trying to get a small linux to run a webserver and a email server to have my own domain but i have a lot of trouble installing mysql and php. I had installed DSL 0.6.1 + gcc + g++ and make. trying to get apt-get install mysql server and client with pendencies on perl and libdbi-perl. anyway after that i tried to compile it from source. nop error on libraries. anyone please help us at leat to guide us from to find any answer to our problems. grayhawk |
