Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.

 wine: Depends: libwine (= 0.9.15-1) but it is not going to be installed

There is a wine UNC extension in the testing repository.  It can be found here : < > It can be loaded with the MyDSL tool, once it is downloaded.  The extension is already compiled and ready to use.
