Hi

I have just booted my computer from Live DSL CD and it worked fine. I loaded entire DSL to RAM and its very fast.
But I couldn't figure out what is the real advantage of DSL!

I admit it is very fast, but its applications are quite limited.
Where from I can get DSL applications?

Of course that's an advantage! But what's after that?

How do & where from I add new applications to DSL?

I thought that I would surf the net with DSL (so that no fear of virus/adware etc.)
But can't figure out how to DSL recognize my WinModem!

I think you should do a little research here and on the DSL site. There are many things with Linux that are different from what you are accustomed to. Start with this site:
