In DSL previously ext2 file systems were used and hence during improper shutdowns fsck was running.
Now when i installed DSL 2.2b to harddisk with selecting ext3 filesystem from installer and again also fsck runs and checks the whole file  system. why?
Also the mount tool is not working as in previous versions of DSL. When i clicked mount(hda5 for e.g.) it was working for the first few days as turning the button's colour to green and text to 'mounted' but nowadays its not changing the colour or text. but the text remains 'unmounted' even if i click on the mount button and i i click second time its showing hda5 is already mounted instead of unmounting it.
